The web application enables for the creation and management of patient records with a light weight, no install, no training electronic medical records web application. With an additional conversational WhatsApp chatbot plugin this has significantly increased the outreach to remote communities using accessible telehealth enabling tools and achieve a greater impact. Running a private beta program of the app with first-contact clinics, there has been noticeable improvements including faster patient intake (50% less time), increased patient engagement (30% more patient encounters) and improved continuum of care (fewer missed follow-ups).
